With over 10 years of coaching experience, he brings a high-energy, fundamentals-first approach to Arsenal while creating a positive, competitive environment where every player can grow both on and off the court.

Bob Michalczyk played at Lowell High before continuing his career at Salem State. He brings 15 years of coaching experience and is the former Head Coach of the Lowell High Boys Varsity team — one of the most competitive and respected programs in the area.

Catherine Sweeney is one of the most decorated basketball players in Greater Lowell Tech history, a soon-to-be Hall of Fame inductee, and a former standout at Worcester State University. With experience coaching at the high school, AAU, and youth levels, she's passionate about helping players build confidence, compete, and reach their full potential.
