Coach Jeremy Shannon has been surrounded by basketball his entire life. The son of Lawrence High legend Haywood Shannon and brother of Lowell High and WPI standout Jaime Shannon, Jeremy grew up learning what it takes to compete at a high level.

Jeremy played at Central Catholic before continuing his career at Emerson College, where he tallied more than 1,500 career points, 500 rebounds, and 500 assists and earned Defensive Player of the Year honors three times. Along the way, he learned from some of the area’s most respected coaches, including Steve Kelly, Vin Pastore, Leo Papile, and Hank Smith.

With more than 20 years of experience as a youth educator and basketball skills trainer, Jeremy brings a passion for teaching the game and developing hardworking players with great attitudes. He believes communication, efficiency, and commitment are essential to helping young athletes grow as both players and people.

Jeremy is excited to bring that experience to Arsenal and be part of a program that has positively impacted so many young athletes throughout the Merrimack Valley.
