Bob Michalczyk played at Lowell High before continuing his career at Salem State and now serves as the Head Coach of the Lowell High Boys Varsity team — one of the most competitive and respected programs in the area.

He brings that same intensity and standard to Arsenal. What excites him most is being part of a program that’s organized, high-energy, and built around helping kids reach their potential. The workouts are competitive, the expectations are high, and players are pushed to improve every time they step in the gym.

Bob is big on fundamentals and truly understanding how to play the game — not just scoring, but impacting winning in different ways.

His message to players is simple:
