Neeko Zeno brings a high-level basketball background and a passion for teaching to the Arsenal coaching staff. A former standout at Brooks School, Neeko went on to compete with elite EYBL programsTeam SCAN/PSA Cardinals, gaining valuable experience both as a player and later as a coach within those nationally recognized programs.

He also served as an assistant coach at Clark University (DIII), further developing his knowledge and ability to guide athletes at a high level.

Now with Arsenal, Coach Neeko is excited to give back—sharing his knowledge and using basketball as a tool to teach life skills. He believes the most important part of training is making sure the work translates to real game situations, helping players grow in ways that actually impact their performance.

His favorite message to athletes is simple but powerful:
“Don’t take basketball for granted.”

With his mix of playing and coaching experience across multiple levels, Coach Neeko is dedicated to helping Arsenal athletes grow on and off the court.
