Justin Tejeda currently serves as the JV Boys Assistant Basketball Coach at Greater Lawrence Tech, where he works daily with high school athletes focused on competing, improving, and preparing for the next level.

He began his coaching career at the Guilmette School with the 5th and 6th grade boys’ team, helping lead the group to a #1 seed in just his second season. At Arsenal, Justin has guided his teams to key wins over top programs and strong playoff runs, bringing energy, structure, and accountability to the gym every day.

What Justin values most about coaching at Arsenal is the shared passion, unity, and purpose throughout the program. “Arsenal on three, Family on six” isn’t just a chant — it’s a mindset that connects coaches and players and pushes everyone to work for something bigger than themselves.

Justin believes attention to detail is the foundation of player development. He reminds his athletes:
