Justin Tejeda began his coaching career at the Guilmette School with the 5th and 6th grade boys’ team, where he helped lead the group to a #1 seed in just his second season. Most recently, he jumped into the Arsenal program on short notice and immediately made an impact—guiding his team to key wins over top programs and a strong playoff run.

What Justin values most about coaching at Arsenal is the shared passion, unity, and purpose throughout the program. “Arsenal on three, Family on six” isn’t just a chant—it’s a mindset that brings coaches and players together to work for something bigger than themselves.

He believes attention to detail is the most important part of training and reminds his players:
